All of our Exhibit Crates are built using 3/4 inch plywood for the bottom and 3/8 inch sanded plywood for the top and sides. All 1x4 inch framing is #2 grade spruce for a durable, clean look. All connections are glued for added strength. After the crate is built, gussets are glued and stapled to all of the connections. all hardware is heavy-duty to withstand heavy use.
